Are these products intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease?

No way that would be misleading. And if you find anyone misleading people about our products, please contact us so we can put them right.

Ordering Soul Sister Nosh products

Orders will be dispatched within 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email showing your order information and date of dispatch.

If you have not received your order within 7 business days after receiving the confirmation email please contact order@soulsisternosh.com.au

Shipping

All Australia wide deliveries are usually made by courier.

We provide you low flat-rate shipping costs. These costs are calculated and displayed for you during the order process for all online retail orders.

Shipping costs are calculated as follows for our retail customers:

  • $9.95 flat rate Australia wide
  • $2.00 (deliveries within 10km radius from Berwick VIC 3806)
  • Free Shipping Australia wide for all online retail orders over $100

From experience, deliveries to metro areas can be expected in around 1-2 business days and up to 7 business days for regional areas.

If you have not received your order within 7 business days please contact us.

For deliveries to NT & WA, please allow up to 10 business days.

Do you provide international shipping?

Not yet.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you would like to change, cancel or request a hold on your order please do so at the same day of placing the order as we will be organising the dispatch as soon as possible.

How long do the products last once they are made?

Soul Sister Nosh resealable bags are heat sealed and foil lined to retain freshness. Once opened it is recommended to reseal the bags. The product will last for up to 4 months once made if stored as recommended. Each bag is stamped with a best before date.

Will Soul Sister Nosh be developing more flavours?

We have plans to develop additional flavours, including a nut free option and ‘limited edition’ flavours at certain times throughout the year. And if you have any flavour recommendations, send an email to order@soulsisternosh.com.au and we’ll be happy to chat.

Do you offer refunds?

As with all food products, we cannot offer refunds or exchange for change of mind.

What happens if the package is damaged?

If your Soul Sister Nosh arrives damaged or you believe it to be faulty, please contact us immediately and we will respond with a favourable outcome within 48 hours (excl. weekends and holidays…we gotta have some time to chill)

We will require that you email us a photo of the damaged product. We must be notified of any damage or errors with regards to your delivery within 14 days.

Organising a Return (if applicable)

Returned Goods will not be accepted without prior authorisation.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, be in the original packaging and in the same condition you received it. To help us complete your return, we will need proof of purchase.

Shipping a return

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning the order.

Exchange (if applicable)

For damaged or faulty products Soul Sister Nosh will exchange for the same item as soon as we receive the returned order from you.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and credited to the original method of payment. You will be notified via email when the refund was processed. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company or your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at order@soulsisternosh.com.au
